Im a mom so Im the one to carry everything...Just in case Used this bag to travel internationally. Was great for me b/c it had a secret pocket large enough to hold passports, id, and money. I also like the fact that it opened from the top. I carry my camera with me everywhere and that type of opening made my camera easily accessible. I was able to carry a change of clothes in addition to the camera. Numerous pocket to stash stuff (wet wipes, power pack, toiletries, a book, etc.) Side pocket carried my soda bottle. Inside pockets are intended for laptop but I carried magazines. The bag fits perfect underneath the seat in front of me on the plane and since it doubles as a backpack, I was able to remain hands free. Beside all this, it looked nice. I purchased the dark blue and black. Originally, they sent me pink by mistake. I filled out the return and the one I ordered had arrived before I even had the chance to return the incorrect color. Very satisfied with the customer service.

I travel classroom to classroom as part of my teaching duties. This far it is sturdy and roomy enough to carry all the materials I need for the day.

Holds a lot more then I thought. Water resistant. I use it for work and I got many compliments. Got a few of my coworkers purchasing this backpack.

Loved the color and the amount of pockets and storage

I bought this backpack for traveling since my backpack from college has been falling apart, thinking it would work well and Ill be able to use it for work as well once we went back into the office. It works well for work, a bit larger than I like (bought the 17) but I guess I can take more snacks then! With traveling, I only take a backpack when possible so I recently went on a trip 4 day trip and it was a pretty tight fit (5 days of clothes, kindle, toiletries, snacks, crochet project). The base is a bit smaller than I was expecting it to be and doesnt expand. I was able to fit everything in but was concerned about breaking the zipper so I ended up taking a second bag for my crochet project and snacks. I normally wouldnt travel with a crochet project anyway so that was fine. The backpack came with a bag that I used for dirty laundry, which was perfect. I love all the pockets available. My 15 laptop fits in the padded pocket but I cant use my laptop sleeve as well. My water bottle does not fit in the side when the backpack is full. I did not try out the charging port since my tetrising did not put my external battery in the big pocket to plug into it. Love the color combo.
