Wire bands are breaking through top. The zippers already broke off and have only 4 months. Have my MacBook in it and 3 planners ( the calendar ones) nothing of heavy weight other then what it is made for. I don’t recommend. It is trash and now I have to find something else to carry my MacBook and planners.

Very nice bag, overall. There are lots of pockets and I was a big fan of the inside side pockets. The charging cable for a battery pack is a great feature. I did not like that there wasnt a velcro strap to hold the laptop in place, and I also wanted the outside pockets to be bigger and have a bit more flexibility. I ended up going with a different brand that had all the features of this bag, minus the charging cable, but had the flexibility I wanted. My mom happened to visit and saw my other bag and really liked it. I let her see this one and she had to have it, she is a big fan of all the space as she will need to carry around notebooks and binders, along with her laptop for work. So in the end, the features of this bag were great, and worked out for someone in my family. We cannot speak to durability or water resistance as of yet, since we just purchased these items.

I used this backpack for my work bag to Europe for two weeks. It was able to fit all my cords, computer, tablet, and more while being comfortable to lug all day around the city. It rained one day and I was between subways for 15 min and all of my stuff inside was soaked... very disappointed! Outside my return window so I cant return but I wouldnt recommend if youre in an area that gets rain!

I cant stress enough how pleased I am with bag. It has much more space than I expected. Lots of pockets. Comfortable straps. I expected it to be a bit on the small side and possibly difficult to find things but it is neither. Very spacious and easily organized.
