I needed a new backpack for work trips and this is perfect. It fits SO MUCH stuff and has a ton of pockets. And I love that the top opening opens wide so you can see everything in the bag at once. No more digging around blindly.

I like it, was smaller than I imagined but cute. I wish the shoulder straps were a little longer but it will be ok.

This bag has been perfect. I just started my own company and often have to meet with clientele at remote locations. My entire workstation fits in this beautiful durable bag. My 17.3 inch laptop has its own safe pocket. It has so many compartments it allows me to keep my personal and business things separate and organized. The charging port is convenient and has been a lifesaver. The small side pocket has been ideal for things like my wallet and phone that I need to access easily. There is a supply pocket in the front that I keep all my mini desk necessities in. The straps are padded and comfortable. It has individual pockets inside that have helped me keep everything neat and tidy. Supplies folders planners all have their own individual pockets. Colors are true to the pictures vibrant and fun. I have bought the grey/pink, baby blue/white, grey/black. The best part of all is that its just pretty and feminine. I love this bag so much that I bought my daughter-in-law one for travel! I just bought myself a 2nd. Im ready to buy a 3rd and another for my daughter who is in college.

We bought this for use as my daughters school backpack. After two months the zipper broke - cracker right in two on the main track, irreparable. Hope we have been luck with a different brand. Up until that it was great.
