> 24 hourLove it other than it will never stand up by itself, always falling over, very irritating. Heavy grade zipper heads, love the blue color and the zipper accent color together. Straps are horrible!! They do not hold like they should on your shoulders, they slide all the time and before you know it your backpack is at your wrist , and laying straight across it instead of up and down against your back. Very hard for me working in a medical office trying to use pin code pad on our doors and then opening the door to disarm the alarm as well with the backpack constantly sliding down my shoulder to my arm and almost hitting the floor. But keeping it cause its nice and holds a lot.

> 24 hourI’ve had this back pack for over four months. It is not comfortable. I pack a 15 inch laptop, binder with maybe 50 pages in it, pens, sunglasses and phone. The laptop compartment is does not have enough padding and security. I do not recommend this backpack for anyone with a high end laptop. The straps do not stay in place as one will move down faster than the other. It’s so uncomfortable, I did not want to take any chances so I purchased a 130 backpack because the brand is known for comfort and protection.
