The material at the bottom of the shoulder straps that connect to the bottom of the bag are soft, flexible webbing that loops through a rectangular metal fastener. The strapping folds in on itself and the rectangular fastener doesn’t stay oriented in the right direction. I returned it but unfortunately didn’t get a picture first. This is a design flaw, and really too bad, because it would have been the perfect laptop bag for traveling.
