Ive been using this as a stand for my surface pro to bring it up to level alongside my second monitor. It works perfectly for this purpose.

This stand is stunning. The quality is absolutely first rate. I was able to use it to hold a very heavy book and there was no slippage in the support. It will easily hold a laptop or iPad flawlessly. I already owned what I thought was a good laptop stand when I received this LOXP aluminum swivel laptop stand. I really like the modern look of this stand, and it appears to be solid and well made. I think that this stand will last for a long time. The laptop stand that I already owned was made of plastic, and was not height adjustable like this LOXP stand. With the LOXP stand, you can raise the height of the platform that your laptop rests on, as well as tilt the platform. In addition, you can easily swivel your laptop up to 360 degrees left or right, while the large round base stays firmly planted on your desk.

this stand performs exactly as it says it would. its got a satisfyingly heavy metal base, an adjustable height with a push button lever to enable height changes, a riser that can be adjusted from 0 to 45 degrees, a fixed angle stand for simplicity with generous rubberized sides and bottom for extra fall protection. extra 4 rubber antislip grips on the bottom as well. its definitely sturdy enough to tolerate typing on a laptop keyboard even with poor form (taking all your arm weight into the keyboard which, pro tip, is a surefire way to give yourself carpel tunnel syndrome/tendonitis, aka dont do that), and the elevation is definitely clutch for laptop ventilation, especially if your system tends to run hot, with a variety of height options to boot, making it potentially amenable to standing desk work, depending on your relative desk and standing height dimensions. the supplied angle is also totally fine for tablet usage, which was my intended purpose, given that i wanted a tablet stand that could elevate for videoconferencing and ergonomically sound eye-level viewing. this is definitely one of those lifetime purchases that will be around for as long as you need it to do the job. if youre looking for a stand of the type, i doubt youd be disappointed.

Wow. This is such a simple product done 100% correctly. The packaging is on point, the stand is very stable due to its construction and materials used. And the price is VERY fair for the product you get.

I like that its do adjustable. Up, down. You can swivel it easily. I really trust it to not drop my laptop and break it!

The stand is much larger than I anticipated.

I got this stand to hold a large Dell laptop on my electronics workbench.

I bought this to help circulate air beneath the laptop. The design easily allows the front edge of the laptop to be whatever position is comfortable when in use. The actions are smooth and the tilt feature seems to be secure enough to hold the position/angle until you want to move the laptop to a new orientation.

This is a pretty solid piece! I didnt expect the high quality, especially for 29.97. In fact, when my laptop is on this, its heavy enough that I can clip my bendable ring light to the stand and it doesnt wobble at all. Nice set-up, saves me lots of space on my desk, and more importantly, Im not looking down all the time. No more neck aches! Swivel offers a bit of resistance so it wont move if you accidentally bump it.
