We bought this keyboard for my son as he enjoys gaming. After only a couple months of use we ran into a functional issue with one of the keys on the keyboard. We reached out directly to LTC and I was blown away at the promptness of care and help. We were contacted in less than 24 hours from sending an email about the problem. We were then given some specific instructions on ways to potentially fix the problem (Which sadly didn’t work). Followed by continued communication. Sadly we had to replace the product, but it was done under warranty and a replacement was issued and received just under 3 days from the time we reported the issue. Talk about fast and amazing! For a small company I am thoroughly impressed with the care and standard they hold themselves to. My son loves the keyboard and replacement is functioning great! To top it off they have investigated the specifics of the previous keyboard and have made a note with the manufacturing and technical teams if any other products end up being faulty. Excellent work LTC!!

Good keyboard, Added new stabs lubed matcha greens and some akko keycaps and it feels, looks and sounds great for a beginner board

Punches above its weight. If you dont need wireless, this is the one. Solid build, strong backlight.

Was scared at first after I opened the box to see keycaps flying around/jammed into other ones. Thought it came broken. Besides that, after using the keyboard for a few days….definitely worth the money. Excited to customize and mode it some more

I love how the keys sound. The space bar is a little loud but i dont mind. The color customization is amazing and it looks amazing! recommend Buy if you want a good keyboard that looks and performs good on a budget!!
