Great quality - trust me, its worth it!!

I would like to believe that all assertions in product listings are accurate, and reliably researched to allow consumers to make easy decisions when purchasing. Unfortunately, this isnt true. I probably will continue to be hopeful when reading descriptives in product listings but with a mishap realized after the purchased product was delivered had me become more discerning with detail. Another case which looked like a nice design and claimed to hold the Bose Soundlink2 speaker actually was a very bad fit. I was able to place the speaker in the foam cutout inside and zip it shut but it was quite tight. In fact, it was clamping the speaker excessively. A very bad pressure to store and safeguard your invested product . And the foam materials as part of the interior structure of this clamped pressure, were directly against the speakers sides, full of perforated holes that of course function to emit the sound. This is a serious problem both immediately and in the future. If the stored item was a tool that the foam was clamped against but would not infiltrate ( like the perforated holes in the speaker) this might be acceptable. Do realize, that in time, even before you can notice that aging foam is deteriorating and crumbling greatly, it will start to powder steadily and mild directly into your speaker thru those perforated holes. Absolutely unacceptable. My recent purchase of the LTGEM case does not have any of these pitfalls. Before deciding on purchasing this case, I had to go back and have a careful look at the numerous photos of the cases offered, shown with the speaker placed in the applicable hold within the case. Notice how most speakers were not level in the lower well of the case where placed. There is not ample space within the upper lid to make ample room for the elevated speaker. In fact, the upper inside lids often are delegated with a netted area for extra wires and small gear. Doing so, would force everything stored in the upper lid to crush down on the elevated speaker when shut. Another bad idea. LTGEM case does not have any of these problems! First, it has a lower well where the speaker is stored which does not exceed the zippered level. There is no foam involved either as part of the structure or additional. The form insert for the speaker and separate insert in the lower well are covered with a velvet like material which cushions without ever powdering into your speaker unit. The upper lid has a zippered netting for extras. The zipper is wisely arranged so when zippered shut , the metal tab is on the far side and will not press down on your speaker. There is ample room so if the case is ever jostled , the speaker is secure and will not migrate. And there no clamping inside. The exterior is also sturdy and attractive. Well done!!

Love this case for my sound link speaker. The molded outside gives great strength and protection. The material is very durable. I also love that they included space for the charging cord so I no longer misplace it
