> 3 dayWas really pleased with the storage options, design and fit of this pack. I immediately ran into one significant design issue with the back collar strap that runs across the back of your neck or upper back. Knocked off one star. The more active a person you are the more this is likely to be an issue. Depends on how tight & high or low and loose you wear the pack and how often. That back collar strap that runs between the back straps is not soft and will rub sores on your neck if you are at all active or using the pack worn high for any length of time. The back collar strap needs to be cushioned, designed to absorb sweat and breath like the rest of the back straps & padding. I like this pack and will not ask for a refund despite this being a big issue for me. I simply asked a seamstress friend to sew on back collar padding.

> 3 dayGood size, a lot of pockets, good quality material, looks good. The only bad thing is that it already has a few tears at the seams (I’ve had it for a year and a half).

> 3 dayI bought this for a recent work trip. The multiple compartments made it easy to stay organized and carry plenty without checking a bag. I could carry my laptop, a pair of shoes, change of clothes, toiletries, and comforts for the flight with room to spare. It’s so high quality and nice. I love the colored piping-such a nice touch.

> 3 dayAs long as you don’t fully utilize this backpacks storage capabilities it will easily fit under an airline seat (tried on JetBlue), otherwise it’ll have to go in the overhead bin. When I say this backpack has storage, I’m lying. This backpack is like taking a briefcase and mating it with a laptop bag, purse and an average backpack. There is a spot for everything and more. Since I’ve not had it long I can’t speak to its longevity, but just from feeling it and seeing it in person I can tell I’ll have this backpack for a long while.

> 3 dayMy daughter uses this for high school everyday. It’s the only bag that has been big enough for all her books and clothes for school. She loves it!

> 3 dayLa compre porque me gustaba la combinación del morado claro y el negro. Sin embargo al recibirla el morado no era como el de la foto. Aún así es un bolso bastante grande y funcional

Yes Im addicted
> 3 dayThis backpack has a huge capacity. It has a laptop pocket that also will hold a tablet along with all your laptop essentials and easily opens completely for TSA. The next pocket will hold YOUR power bank but supplies the cord/port to charge you electronics without the need to open up your bag, aslo that pocket will easily accommodate extra stuff like books or clothes. The next pocket is deep, has a mesh divider and will hold lots of stuff but appears to go underneath the other two pockets so it will hold extra stuff. Then there are two smaller front pockets. The top one is small for things like tissue, eyeglass wipes, chapstick, bandaids small items you need quick access too. The bottom one is bigger and it can hold about 6 normal size writing utensils, it also has a zip up pocket in it. Then there are 2 deep mesh pockets on each side which easily holds 1 slim line water bottle and few extra small things, it also has two side zip up pocket which could hold more writings utensils, crackers or other small vertical items. Then lastly is a pocket on the back which can be used for concealing thingss like traveling documents and such. The straps seem well padded and are ccomfortable for the most part carrying the heavy load and the handle has cable running through it so as long as the top of the bag can handle the heavy pull it should be ok. The bag comes already a little heavy empty so if you really fill it up it will get really heavy. Durability seems questionable, I did have a problem with the zipper pocket in the front pocket when the first 2 months, but the company was quick to ship me a replacement since I explained the problem and included a picture of the manufacture flaw. So A+ company. So all in all the bag has plenty of storage/space and good padding, but could get real heavy. Quality is questionable at 2 months but company is quick to respond and resolve any manufacturing issues.
