The strap buckle broke on the 36th day rendering it unusable and unreturnable. Up until that point my daughter loved, and was proud to carry it.

So far, so good. Took a trip to a conference recently and it really fit the bill for keeping computer, tablet, other traveling necessities handy on flights and in sessions. Used it as a purse too, but will bring a much smaller bag for carrying around the conference. Bigger than needed for daily use. I was able to carry around coat and vest in case of heading outside the hotel in chilly Indy. Havent used the charger yet, but good to know its there!!

This is a very versatile bag for travel and work. It fits great under the seat of the plane, and can hold a lot, with so many pockets to keep smaller items organized. Its stylish too and works well as either a backpack or shoulder bag. I can go from my flight to meetings with ease with this laptop bag.

Works great for laptop and planner with plenty of room for extras

I cannot even begin to explain how big this is. Compared to a regular backpack with all those zippered compartments. You actually lose space for every zippered area. This backpack eliminates that center big zipper, allowing much more space. There are so many compartments, its endless. Fits right under the airline seat with no problem. Expandable drink holders on both sides. Very padded and very comfortable straps. And I love when Im in a hurry, I have the option to pick it up by the handles and put the handles over my shoulder like a regular purse. Dont have to fuss with throwing it over my shoulder like a regular backpack. The price is great for what you get. Professional looking. Have had colleagues already ask me where it came from. The best backpack Ive ever had. It holds a ton of stuff for your trip. The backpack isnt heavy on your back. There is a lot of space inside.
