Great first year book with space for all the essential milestones and none of the extra words that make you feel inadequate as a mother if you dont find time to fill them in.

Eye-roll inducing. Cheesy and lame. Set up for big pharma births like Hospital tag! and Doctor (who delivered baby). Major eye roll. Cliche to the max and totally impersonal, although the artwork and layout (despite being PAINFULLY trendy, rip-off Rifle Paper Co. artwork much?) is acceptably attractive. Paper quality is also decent. Pages of stupid First fourth of july! First valentines day! kinda things. Ick. Its really too much money for a bare-bones on-trend mainstream forced-sentimentality cliche book. If you are at all creative, authentic, or unique, dont buy. You can do much better. As a joke, I read the whole thing to my partner in a hideous announcer voice. Returning!

My daughter is due in September and Im so excited to fill this out as a keepsake for her. Its beautiful and has just the perfect amount of information to fill in, not too much and not too little.

This includes many years beyond the first year, so why are they calling it baby’s first year? Very confusing.

I did a lot of research before picking this as our baby book, and it does not disappoint. It is the perfect combination of simple, but with places for all the details you want to remember, and also customizable if something doesnt fit for your situation. The picture spaces are all square, but if you go to oddprints.com it will get your pictures in the correct ratio to fit (helpful for the smaller 3x3 boxes). You can order prints directly from them, or just download them and print them wherever you want. I really do love this book.

This book is as cute as can be! The album gives an opportunity to document things that I had never thought of before purchasing it. The pages are made of a sturdy card stock which feels high-quality. I used self-adhesive photo corners place photos. The only thing that I do not like about it is that the photos have to fit in Instagram-style square spots. I didn’t think this would be an issue until I went to purchase prints to fit inside of it. Some of the photos are 4x4, 3x3 and some are even smaller which is difficult to print unless you have a way of printing those sizes at home. I use Walgreens or Costco which do not offer this size of print (4x4 at Walgreens worked best). This made it a little awkward to fit the pictures. But if you can get away around this, it is a very cute and simple photo album!

Well firstly, the book I received was written in, but I still had a chance to look through it to give my review before I return it. With that being said, the book is cute. It really encompasses all of the milestones like First Scribble. It even goes up to 5 years old and has a page dedicated to My First Day of School. There are extra blank pages at the end which is nice. The quality of the book is sturdy, not flimsy. The pages are good to glue photos onto.

I purchased both this Little Artists book and the Lucy Darling Animal Lovers version of the baby book. The book is gorgeous and looks so fun to fill out and I love the graphics. However, mistakenly, the company shipped two copies of the Animal Lovers book. Disappointed by the hassle of having to return and order what I ordered correctly.
