> 24 hourI used this product on a recent trip. On the way to the destination, I brought a Samsonite Omni PC carryon and the lug a bug completely destroyed one of the suitcase wheels. Before we even got to our gate, my daughter could no longer ride because the suitcase was wrecked. She’s 47 lbs, which is close to the max weight limit, and the suitcase was a 4-wheel spinner. That said, the suitcase was less than 2 years old and not cheap, so it really stunk to lose it. When we arrived at our destination, I ordered a Travelpro Maxlite 5 and used that on the way home. The lug a bug worked MUCH better on the Travelpro. The Samsonite was much less stable (my daughter kept falling off when I stopped or turned) and it also felt like I was dragging the Samsonite around vs. rolling it (as with the Travelpro). On the plus side, my daughter loved the seat and we will likely use the lug a bug with the Travelpro suitcase on a couple more trips this summer.

> 24 hourTried to use this as instructed and my poor daughter kept falling to the side. I had to repeatedly stop and readjust her but she kept falling. I returned this product.

> 24 hourIt is useful but not very steady. I used it on my 14 month old. Helps only during terminal change in airports, but would prefer an umbrella stroller for getting out of the airport etc. with a kid. However, for its weight it is good use and an interesting concept.

> 24 hourWas very useful while carrying a 2 year old through airports. Takes a bit trial and error to get the fit right on your bag but once you figure it out its very easy to use

> 24 hourAttached it to our carry on suitcase for my almost 30 pound toddler. It worked ok. It seems it would work better if it is on a full size suitcase and if the kiddo is less than 25 pounds. A bit flimsy and it shifts side-to-side easily. Only used once and decided a stroller was the better option.

> 24 hourWe bought this before our family trip with our 2 year old granddaughter. We loved it and so did our granddaughter. We were able to quickly get through the airport with her rising on the carry on. We went through customs and the journey home was a breeze! Perfect way to travel with little ones!!!

> 24 hourI much prefer to travel with this seat. I mainly use it for my 4 year old, but my 2 year old likes it too. We live near a small airport so we often have to take late night flights- not a lot of options. Ive tried to carry my sleeping son, my purse, my backpack, while pulling the carry on until I discovered this. 1) I have this attached to a large and sturdy samsonite carry on. I worry my childs weight would strain the handles on a more fragile piece of luggage. 2) We dont use the seat restraint- sometimes he does jump in and out. Because of the great weight change though, its pretty obvious. Its not like he disappears. 3) If we are forced to check our bag, then this is only halfway useful. Not the makers fault, but if the overhead compartments fill and Delta makes me check my bag, then my kid has to walk from the jetbridge to the baggage claim at deplaning. Since we tend to arrive late at night, that walk can be really onerous. In general, other travelers seem to get a kick out of this seat and Ive had a few write down the name to buy for their own kids. Its really quite handy. My son loves it and for a few days after I bought it, his favorite game was TSA. He would get in the seat and ask my husband or I to circle around the kitchen island very slowly. He would occasionally hurumph or ask whats taking so long? Hes clearly easily amused but I suspect many children are.
