I usually do no leave reviews, however, I read through the reviews prior to purchasing the LugABug seat and had mixed feelings about getting one, but I did anyway. I am so glad that I did. This product is AMAZING! If you have a toddler, this works extremely well. I frequently fly alone with my 2 year old and I hate to carry extra stuff (strollers, car seats, carriers, etc.). My daughter loved getting in it and it made getting around through the airports a breeze. I was even able to enjoy a cup of coffee at the same time as pulling her along with my luggage. My daughter also took a 1.5 nap in (in the leaned back position with my luggage handle resting on my knee). I always carry on luggage and I had to gate check my bag- I was rushed and didnt get a chance to put the seat inside my bag before they took it. When I got to my destination it was gone and I was super upset. Pretty sure someone unclipped it from my bag, but airline refused to do anything about it. Make sure you take time to put inside your bag. I just ordered another one because I dont want to travel without one. Cant say enough good things about this product. Also, since I fly standby I spend a lot of time in the airport, received numerous inquiries about the lugabug from parents carrying kids about my daughters age. And my daughter is about 32 lbs and 35 for reference and it was clipped to a travelpro carry on.

This was literally the best travel device I could EVER have bought. My daughter is three years old, has always had non-stop energy, so having this seat was a god send on our recent travel where it was just her and I. We had a few connecting flights and rolled her everywhere! She not only loved it, but I received many compliments how cool this seat was for her. Best travel seat ever for a small child. I will recommend this to everyone I know!!!!

LOVE this seat for giving our 2.5 year old a ride through the airport when his legs can’t quite keep up. Let’s us skip the stroller and bring a rolling carryon easily with three kids in tow. We love the minimal design. Does everything we need with no extra bulk. Seriously a game changer for flying with kids in tow - which we do often. (And like other reviewers said, definitely a head turner/conversation starter at the airport. Just about every parent we saw asked us about it).

Much better than carrying your sleeping child. Far better than having a dedicated stroller to travel with. He was plenty comfortable using a neck pillow as a pillow for his head. Plenty easy to pull along. We dont even have very expensive carry on luggage and the wheels handle the weight fine. Highly recommend for airports!

Super cute and sturdy. My little guy was the star of the airport. Men and women noticed and commented how cool the seat was and wish they had something like that for their kids growing up (and even now for their spouse!) The only con is that I had to do a balancing act to get him on and get his seat belt fastened.

This seat is fantastic! We just got back from a two-week long trip to Ireland with our almost two year-old boy. We had long layovers and we spent most of that time wheeling him around the airport. We didnt bring a stroller and the lugabug helped him enjoy the sights without being held or having to walk everywhere. Plus, you get lots of attention from other passengers...they loved seeing him on this fun seat. I used it to store our iPad and a few diapers while we were on the plane. It was easy to stick in the pocket of our plane seat and just grab when we needed to change him. It looks like it can also be used as a tiny, flat backpack. I cant say enough good things about this product! There was a handwritten thank-you note from the company when we received it in the mail. I anticipate using this product for a few more years. I much prefer to travel with this seat. I mainly use it for my 4 year old, but my 2 year old likes it too. We live near a small airport so we often have to take late night flights- not a lot of options. Ive tried to carry my sleeping son, my purse, my backpack, while pulling the carry on until I discovered this. 1) I have this attached to a large and sturdy samsonite carry on. I worry my childs weight would strain the handles on a more fragile piece of luggage. 2) We dont use the seat restraint- sometimes he does jump in and out. Because of the great weight change though, its pretty obvious. Its not like he disappears. 3) If we are forced to check our bag, then this is only halfway useful. Not the makers fault, but if the overhead compartments fill and Delta makes me check my bag, then my kid has to walk from the jetbridge to the baggage claim at deplaning. Since we tend to arrive late at night, that walk can be really onerous. In general, other travelers seem to get a kick out of this seat and Ive had a few write down the name to buy for their own kids. Its really quite handy. My son loves it and for a few days after I bought it, his favorite game was TSA. He would get in the seat and ask my husband or I to circle around the kitchen island very slowly. He would occasionally hurumph or ask whats taking so long? Hes clearly easily amused but I suspect many children are.
