> 3 dayIn spite of there not being many reviews for this suitcase, and a few really awful ones - we decided to take a chance and buy it. We were very happy with this suitcase. In February 2020 we traveled to Israel and Jordan. On our trip we made several air plane changes, and staying in different locations we were on and off buses. Through it all the suitcase suffered No dents or dings, yes a few minor scratches. The wheels worked well and werent torn off. It is very roomy and seems very sturdy. So far so good. The best suitcase that we have ever owned.

> 3 dayI have bought 6 of these suitcases between 2019-2022. I just returned from trip and upon arrival 1 wheel is missing. Not broken off, the whole wheel and attachment gone. Because is was slightly over the 2 year warranty, Coolife said we have no replacement but did offer a financial adjustment on my Amazon account.

19-11-2024Was looking for a sturdy piece of luggage to bring with me for a 3 week trip to South Asia, and this checks every box on my list. Its sturdy, spacious, made of quality materials, and looks great. I havent gone on my trip yet so keep in mind this review is for an untested suitcase, but my hunch is that it will hold up fine. This suitcase is great, but one recommendation I have for Coolife would be to make a 26in version I would get one if it existed.

> 3 dayI ordered two of these suitcases for a vacation trip to Europe and two smaller companion carry-on cases. The design, look, weight, etc. of the suitcases were excellent. However, on this first trip one of the spinner wheels on one large suitcase just cracked in half and fell off making that one loaded suitcase (but not overloaded - stayed well within the airlines 50 pound checked suitcase limit) very difficult to transport (pull and push) through the very long airport, baggage retrieval, parking and check-in areas. I will try to get a new suitcase or have the dealer fix this one somehow.
