I did not have time to replace it until my final destination. No customer support in South Africa. So when I returned to the USA I just wanted a replacement for this expensive suitcase. > 3 dayI used it as a carry on and it ended up scuffed. I can only imagine how it would have looked if I checked it on the plane. it is lightweight and the wheels roll smoothly, which is a plus. Be sure to put anything rigid or oddly shaped in the bottom so there is some cushioning if you are going to put your laptop in the outer pocket. If you travel a lot, this may not be your dream carry on, but it looks good.
