The product is new but dented. Goods packed well. So is it a manufacturing defect?

I got it to match the other pieces I have of this set! So cute!

I love the fact that it looks different and unique than other carry on, all of them are squared and this one isnt, Also I love the inside many compartments you can put your items in. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I really like the luggage but it’s very small.

The color on the pic is what I needed but rcvd the wrong one so doesnt match my existing set, I had to return it.
