not as thick as i hope, but guess u get what u pay for. Maybe i will just hide an extra mat under it because my babys car seat is pretty heavy and ruined my previous cars back seat with ugly dents. My friend has one that is way sturdier and thicker will go back and buy whichever one that is....

I bought this to go under my sons booster seat. It fits perfectly in my 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. I was a little hesitant because I do have leather seats. It doesn’t slide or scratch my seats when my son gets in and out of his booster. Great buy!

Used it on a leather seat. Never removed it for about a year. When I traded my SUV and removed the car seats, there was only a slight indentation markings on the leather seat.

Its very thin and flexible. Not sure how good or bad that is yet, but Im sure it will protect my seats from the creasing that comes from the cars eat being directly on the cars seat.
