Very nice, well made, suble and elegant doorstop. It has a wedge on the bottom to tuck under the door. I mention this because I was thinking of getting two and using them for bookends. They are on the small side for use as bookends, but they cant be used this way because of the wedge.

It’s very nice and well made and bigger than it appears in pictures BUT it is not all that heavy. HOWEVER it will hold a regular home door to like the bathroom or closet etc but not heavy to hold open the door automatic slamming door leading into the garage which are typically heavier doors for safety and security purposes.

A couple of pounds of attractively cast iron that will keep most doors where you want them.

Perfect and just a depicted in the photo, has a nice weight to it and fits safely where it can easily be slid over to hold the front door!
