Lykke Double Pointed Needles Gift Sets (Large US 6-13 Set in Grey Denim Pouch)

These are worth the money spent. So solid, smooth, and really pretty. I love the natural polished birch. The tips are just right, not too blunt not too sharp. They also come in a nice wallet for storage (I like to stay organized).

I had surgery to decompress my ulnar nerve and had part of my ulna removed in September. I have lingering numbness and tingling in two of the fingers on my dominant hand. The metal needles I usually knit with were aggravating my hand fatigue and pain, so I got these. They are fantastic for my hands. As a copywriter and someone whose hobbies are knitting, crocheting and beading, I do a lot of fine motor movements with my hands for 10-14 hours per day, every day. These needles actually reduced my hand fatigue. They warm up after a few minutes of use to match the temperature of your skin, so they feel warm. The middle part has the US and metric sizes on it. The tips are not blunt but not pointy. The finish is smooth. The only small problem was the smell of the case when I first opened it. That odor dissipated when I left the case open for a couple of days.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lykke knitting needles. I needed some larger sized double pointed needles, and had tried a number of cheap alternatives. These are world class needles. They are so smooth, polished and have perfect points, not too sharp that it divides the yarn strands, but perfect for knitting difficult yarns. My yarn slides across the needles like butter. I swear these have made me knit faster. Im looking forward to being able to buy the dpns in individual sets (Im told sometime this summer?), rather than having to buy the whole set.

This is truly an excellent product, gentle on hands and great to knit with. I recommend these to anyone! The product is truly a great workmanship.

I never knew circular knitting on double pointed needles could be so easy! Far and away, the best DPNs I have. How about a set of uS 1-5?

It was hard for me to take the initial plunge and spend the money on a set of knitting needles, but turned out to be the best investment for my knitting. These needles are so smooth and easy to work with, plenty study, and I will never go back to cheap needles again!

These are the perfect length and great for using for hats , sweater sleeves slippers and more. Smooth and wonderful to have them in a case altogether

This is my second set of Lykke DPNs and I love them, both! I will get great usage from both sets!!
