Lykke Driftwood Interchangeable Needle Tips (US 5 (3.75mm))

So soft and smooth. I only use them in the round but I just keep going and going without even realizing it. Use a progress keeper an you will see how much they keep you knitting.

Ive heard rave reviews about the Lykke driftwood needles, and several YouTubers have mentioned these are their favorite needles. I decided to get a large size because I dont like the Chiaogoo needles in the larger sizes. In the past Ive used a US 13 (9 mm) with wool ease thick and quick, and I have a bunch of that I need to use up. I have only briefly tested these needles because I have other projects to finish before busting out the bulky yarn. From my initial impressions, these needles are nice but they arent super impressive. The taper and tip sharpness is decent for a wooden needle.

I am a big fan of interchangeable needles. I have tried several different manufactures. These rank at the top!! The joins are smooth and stay tight which is a problem with other makers. The needles themselves have the right amount of grip to handle almost any yarn you choose. I have used them on silky to wooly and the needles play well with them all!! I also love that the size is clearly printed at the base of the needle. I rank these right along with my Knitters Pride for quality and price. Have ordered a few more pairs!!
