The first of the pair just failed after about seven months of limited use. The plug prongs no longer make good contact inside the duckhead. Well see if the second one lasts any longer. If/when it fails, Ill definitely buy a different brand.

I used this adapter only two times and it was broken.

I have had this product since September. When I was unplugging it today, it just shattered! Weird!

No complaints. Bought these to change the iPad adapters purchased in Australia to USA configuration. They worked perfectly and even appear to be the same item on my existing USA plugs. I couldnt tell the difference between the ones that came with my USA Apple adapters and these.
