Greater than one weekI loved the pretty pattern and that it is a little more compact than my other pill box. The writing of the days of the week has rubbed almost entirely off already after a few months so that is why I only give 1 star. I will use a labeler to add them. Easily added labels for the days. Everything else about it I really like.
