Im hard on charging cables. I move around a lot while its plugged in. Im the past Ive had many nights that the cable has fallen out or not made a good connection even though it was plugged in and I didnt get a charge because of it! So far this has been amazing and my husband who is much more stingy on cost already agrees that this is a much better can be le and the guarantee makes the price more than worth it. We are slowly relaxing every candle in our home with this! He was over the top impressed that they had sent a adapter so he could use a USB A port when he needed that instead of a USB C port.

This is a cable and if you need a charging Cable do yourself a solid and go with the Magfast Lux. The Cable is well made, has a great feel, nice looking , and comes in excellent packaging. I can’t say enough about

I cant rate this product because I cant use it. This company requires you to order the USB - A adapter separately which is completely unacceptable for this price. When I tried to register it I was not allowed to. They require you to enter some numbers from the cable online to register it. My cable had 5 numbers. When I entered them in the online space on their site it stated I need 6 numbers. There are not 6 numbers, there are 5 so I was not allowed to register it to request the USB - A adapter I absolutely need to use this. When I tried calling the phone number they provide I got a recording of someone stating he is the founder but that I have to contact MagFast only via email. I didnt pay this price to be treated so rudely by this company. Edit: I finally figured out that there are 2 different sets of letters & numbers on each cable & I happened to choose the wrong ones. So there is a set of 6 numbers & letters & I was able to finally request the USB adapter. I still think its an unnecessary complication to have to order the USB adapter separately. My other issue is that when trying to order direct from their site after wasting my time watching their spiel where they offer a special edition Red cable, is that they will not ship the Red cable to Alaska where I live. The cost is the same but people who live in Alaska are denied the Red cable with no explanation. That all said, the cables seem great. They do feel really good in your hand, they are thick & premium feeling & they do charge FAST! I just wish this company operated with more transparency.

These are the best I have ever used! The length is perfect, I just love them. I bought 9 of them different versions.

Ive only been using my magfast charger for 4 months and it already broke. :/ ** Edit to add they replaced it for free and were actually super helpful!

These cords are wonderful! Nice heavy cord, the whole purchase, including the package was well-made. Will definitely get more products from MAGFAST. Update: Feb. 22, 2023: The Magfast family has been slow to prosper, but seems to be really catching on now. The Lux cables are fantastic and I can’t wait to try the rest of the Magfast units! This company has been very transparent and very communicative and have made me feel comfortable with buying their products and investing in the company. Eventually, I have no doubt that we will see the Magfast products in a majority of electronically driven households and businesses, as they are also beginning to offer branding on the items for companies to use for their own marketing purposes and gifts. Awesome product very sturdy and tangle free. You can feel the difference from other cables that is for sure. Worth every penny

Was supposed to get an extra cable for each kind bought when 3 cables of each kind were purchased! Never got them! Cables are excellent in all categories. I’m really disappointed with Magfast as they promised the extra cables after 3 were purchased. I used their code in there presentation. Could be an Amazon issue too.
