It’s the best quality one I’ve ever owned, and I’ve purchased many over the years. The cable comes with an individual, unique code. If there are any unreasonable issues with the cable’s functionality, MAGFAST will replace it for free. How many companies offer that level of customer service? MAGFAST, you live up to your promise of excellence in your products. Well done!!

Greater than one weekI cant rate this product because I cant use it. This company requires you to order the USB - A adapter separately which is completely unacceptable for this price. When I tried to register it I was not allowed to. They require you to enter some numbers from the cable online to register it. My cable had 5 numbers. When I entered them in the online space on their site it stated I need 6 numbers. There are not 6 numbers, there are 5 so I was not allowed to register it to request the USB - A adapter I absolutely need to use this. When I tried calling the phone number they provide I got a recording of someone stating he is the founder but that I have to contact MagFast only via email. I didnt pay this price to be treated so rudely by this company. Edit: I finally figured out that there are 2 different sets of letters & numbers on each cable & I happened to choose the wrong ones. So there is a set of 6 numbers & letters & I was able to finally request the USB adapter. I still think its an unnecessary complication to have to order the USB adapter separately. My other issue is that when trying to order direct from their site after wasting my time watching their spiel where they offer a special edition Red cable, is that they will not ship the Red cable to Alaska where I live. The cost is the same but people who live in Alaska are denied the Red cable with no explanation. That all said, the cables seem great. They do feel really good in your hand, they are thick & premium feeling & they do charge FAST! I just wish this company operated with more transparency.

Greater than one weekThis is the best cable by far that Ive ever had. Believe me, Ive gone through dozens of cables with the knowledge they would fail and have to be replaced again. NOT ANY MORE! lUX has arrived! Not only is it fabulous quality and works as designed, it is also well-thought out with its small footprint that has everything you need. > 3 dayI love these MagFast Lux charging cables. Who thought you could get such a quality cable that really stands out amongst a sea of cables? When you take this cable out of the thoughtfully designed packaging you can just tell you got your moneys worth. No cable coil memory on these things. Useful length too. Not too short, but not so long that you must coil most of it up because it is just too long. First cable I have owned with a warranty like this and the fact that you can make sure it is authentic. Highly recommend getting some of these. I got one each for my family.
