Why yes yes it can, if its this one. The rubber is grippy, the poles are sturdy and feel substantial, it hangs perfectly straight and when you unhook one side, WHAP collapses to 1/6 the space. The only flaw is that it comes in a two pack and makes me want to buy more pants just to fill it up.

I think I will like these hangers for saving closet space. You do have to have available hanging space to hang your pants because the hanger has to be fully extended to hang your pants so they do not wrinkle. I have to take other slacks down to extend the hanger on the closet rod, but I think it will work.

Works great so far! Only two little things. The clips seen kinda thin and the black caps on the bottom of the hook come off really easy. I like that they come off, but there is not much grip there to keep them on. All good though... They are working great!

Much easier to hang my pants and grab them in the morning than if I were using a standard hanger or a hanger with clips. I will definitely purchase again.

This product delivers exactly what is advertised for a good price. I particularly appreciate that it is well-constructed to easily slide the slacks on the hangers and then fold down to make more room on the clothes bar. The instruction enclosed made it easy for me to assemble and use. It was also a nice personal touch that I appreciate. Great job!

I had 30 pairs of pants and no room to hang all of them in my closet. I used 5 if these hangers with success. Now, all 30 pairs fit comfortably.
