> 3 dayIt does a great job with surface stains and cleans it very well. The only gripe is that when you have fabric stuck in the jewelry like my chain, it cant pull it out, you have to pull it out manually yourself.

> 3 dayThe Magnasonic Professional Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner does an awesome job of making your jewelry sparkling clean. Rings, watches, chains, all look brand new. It is hard to believe all of the gunk that came off of our jewelry. It also does a great job of cleaning sunglasses. If you shave with a DE razor, it will clean and restore it to NEW condition.

Greater than one weekIt comes with a Quick Start Guide. To get complete instructions, download the manual from the Magnasonic web site. Make sure to get the manual for the MGUC500. Pretty good unit, but I wish it had a heater (I knew it didnt when I bought it). Also, the downloaded manual states that the plastic basket in it absorbs 30% of cleaning energy. So for better results, clean without the basket. I wish there was a better way to drain the small tank. And it has to have a minimum of 250 ml of water, plus the MAX amount is molded in the basket and is very hard to read. Update (1/24/23): I still gave it 4 stars, not so much for the unit, but for the customer service. It worked fine until it didnt. In early January, it just quit. Looking at some other reviews, I saw some mention of their 1 year warranty and how good their customer service was. So I wrote them an email and, after the rep talked me thru some simple troubleshooting, they shipped me another one at no charge. Not even shipping. I got it today, and it works fine. I suspect there may be a duty cycle restriction, to allow it to cool down. However I didnt see one in the documentation. The case is made of plastic with no vent holes, and is rated for 35 watts. To clean an item, hot water (140 degrees F, some say) is recommended. And the tank is stainless steel. That generates heat, and theres no way to vent it. Something to consider. But when it works, it works quite well. And the customer service is very good.

> 3 dayI ordered this product in the morning and received it by mid-afternoon. I read the set up instructions prior to use, including what I could and could not put in the cleaner. There were instructions for oxidized silver, but I know my silver, and I knew I would have to dip my silver jewelry in silver cleaner before submerging it in the cleaner water (I had to do the same thing with a few of my gold-plated chains as well because they don’t always respond to regular jewelry cleaner). I did have to do a bit of wrestling with some necklace chains that had gotten tangled to untangle them before submersion. I started with the 90-second cycle and worked my way up to the 480-second cycle (I noticed I got the best results with the 480-second cycle). My jewelry is now sparkling clean! (And I’m a lot less stressed than I would have been had I just used my jewelry cleaner containers as I was able to clean a lot more jewelry at one time!)

> 3 dayI like that I can clean my rings at home and not take them to a jewelry store. I do wish that it was a little smaller just because I don’t have much storage at my house.
