> 3 dayThis product works! ...some of the other products offered for this purpose do not! One of the problems with these devices is the arms dont stay in place when you bend them. So you set up a part to work on, (solder) and the arm pops back... NOT GOOD. This product does work correctly i.e. the arms generally stay where you put em The clips have 2 holes which are supposed to correspond to the screw-on nut for tightening, and these loosen somewhat in use which is the only complaint I have. Much better than the Quad hands product IMHO

> 3 dayI spend time soldiering wires to microcontrollers, and it can be quite the challenge to get everything held in place to solder them together with the correct placement and angles. After endless vice and clamp gymnastics that half the time had me burning my fingers, I bought this great product. It has enough holders to keep everything secure and in place, and makes getting correct, clean solders so much easier.

> 3 dayAfter using this helping hands set for over a year, my view of it has diminished. This is completely due to the alligator clips. These clips mostly hold on to whatever it is you need, but the lock screws do *not* hold the clips to the arms for long and the alligator clips fall out. Regularly. The metal that the clips are made of is thin and doesnt seem to be able to handle much torque. Or maybe its the set screw. It is infinitely irritating to position a part for soldering only to have the whole thing slowly collapse like marshmallow filling.

> 3 dayI am surprised with the level of quality of this set. There are a lot of little pieces, but everything screws in perfectly and arms stay firm. The magnets are really strong and the the alligator jaws have really good tension. I bought this for my shop and everybody loves it! We used to have to solder with 3 or more arms, but with this, it should improve our work efficiency.

Greater than one weekNow I would not want to live without it. I used a battery jumper cable alligator inside the jaws of the multi angle attachment vise to hold PL259 ends, vertically and horizontally , while i used a mini torch to install them on RG316 and RG400 coax. This would have been a nightmare on the RG316 without this setup. This thing paid for itself the first time i used it.

> 3 dayI have been using the little helper hands for awhile. It fell apart and was looking for new. Came across this. It has made working on my projects way faster and accurate. All the clamps hold it is place. The is pretty strong magnets to hold them in place. Very pleased with this purchase.

> 3 dayI am very impressed by the quality, everything was well packaged and in their own plastic bag. The magnets are very strong, I almost could not remove it from the plate. The plate is just the right size for what I need to do.

> 3 dayThe base is very solid and the magnets in the arms are very strong. The only downside I have experienced with this product is with the clamps/clips. The shaft of the clamps are cylindrical with no flat spots. The set screw, therefore, does not have enough surface contact area to effectively keep the clamps in place. If you move the object that the clamps are holding, the clamps tend to fall out of the arms. I noticed that the base of clamps have a hole in them but it is too small to allow the set screw to penetrate. I drilled out these holes slightly allowing the set screw to travel into the clamp base and no more issues with them falling out during use (unless I want them too)!

> 3 dayItem is as described. I would recommend making the plastic grips on the clips rubber like ya did the grip tips. The plastic seems to slip right off. The rubber grip tips are great! This thing is a beast magnetic wise and the arms are made to last. The board is solid metal and will last forever. The thickness of the base is enough to knock someone out if ya hit them across the head. It wouldn’t bend. Great Value for money spent!

> 3 dayVery customizeable, been in the industry over 40yrs and the logistical configuration is much better than the old fashioned solutions. Just have to make sure any magnetism is not a problem for the work involved
