Greater than one weekI got the set of 40 tiles to add to my toddlers current set of off brand tiles. The magnetic hold is strong on this set. I like that the corners are rounded and not sharp. Having played with the brand name tiles myself, I think this is a more economical option without sacrificing quality. However, I do think a set of 40 by itself is kind of limited in the things you can build. But then again, I lack the creativity and imagination of a child. It would work well as a gift, to start off and gauge if the child is interested.

> 3 dayThese are colorful, magnetic tiles that are quite similar to the brand name one. The photos shown on the Amazon product page are kind of deceptive since there are only 40 tiles in a box and you cannot build the big structures shown in the photos with just one box of tiles. But since these are more affordable, you can buy 3 boxes of these compared to just one of the brand name tiles, and then you can build a sky scraper or a castle.

> 3 dayMy daughters interests are tiny things and magnets. She has multiple kits of magnetic blocks in a bin that she will carry from room to room. Tile shapes when I was a kid never worked well with magnets but the ones now are so much stronger plus this one puts it on all edges and more shapes giving kids more creativity so I bought it for her and now she wants to donate all her magnetic blocks and mega blocks to get more of these. She wants to build all the pictures shown in the booklet included. There is doors windows, you can stack, see through, triangles and squares. Even my mom was heavily interested in these. Definitely a more evolved magnetic toy.

> 3 dayMy daughter loves it. She is 20 months old and these are easy for her to handle. Its durable and theres something a little bit different. The magnets are strong and theres a lot of different ways to be creative with them. She can plays for a long time by herself.

> 3 dayThese were great to create some open ended play with my daughter and her friends at an after school play date. They made a small house and used some other tiny dolls to live inside of it. My daughter has played with them often and took them on a trip with us. We sat next to a 4 year old on the plane and she took them out to entertain him when he was get separation anxiety from his Mom who was in front of us.
