I hate cheap nail files that wear out quickly and bend. Locally there was nothing worth buying available. I wanted something larger and stiff and found these on Amazon. I bought two packs (100/180 and 180/240) and have found that they work great. In addition they are less expensive (per unit) than the cheapies that the drug stores sell.

This almost works to well lol I am so used to the cheap crap from Walmart that I feel like these can be used to file down a DIY project for my nightstand or something lol You have to be careful and I do not like how it feels in my fingertips because it is very coarse but its meant to overall its wonderful.

I have a hard time finding the 100/180 combo. Bought this one instead of the black version that Markatt sells. Its nice, but I prefer the straight black one best.

I dont have my nails done; I just take care of them myself. I dont ever polish my fingernails and just keep them nice looking naturally; I do polish my toenails during the summer. So I just needed these files to use on natural nails. But they were so rough (even the less-coarse side) that they were not usable.

I do a lot of gels, and poly gels. And I’ve always noticed I go through files very quickly while removing my gel, and shaping. These are tough enough to hold up against artificial nails! I will be purchasing them again!
