> 24 hourI hated our old-fashion gun-style label maker. It was annoying to use so ended up collecting dust until I finally threw it away. THIS ONE, however, is easy, quick, and fun to use. Was surprised it came already charged and label roll loaded. Did check the instructions and learned to hold down the button 2 seconds to turn the unit on and off. Also read what the proper alignment was printing labels. Other than those things this is easy to figure out how to use. I did double check to make sure some extra labels I bought fit this unit. No problem. Excuse my slightly crooked printed label. Pretty sure I didnt align right after checking inserting a new roll.

> 24 hourI just received this labeler and being using it like crazy. Let me tell you something upfront: dont try to use the interface unless you are in a hurry and want to print a simple label, it is difficult and slow to use. You should install the app, there you can do lots of things: play with text placement, add images, create barcodes and QR codes. It takes 3 tape sizes: 9mm, 12mm and 16mm. It comes with a white 16mm tape, which since is thermal is waterproof. It is charged by an USB-C port so you wont need to be replacing batteries. I would like to have is wider tape, but so far 16mm is good. The printer can store labels to be printed later. That feature is also in the app, but something missing is that you cannot create labels in the app and store them in the labeler, so later you can print them without the phone. If the label is stored in the phone you have to use the phone to print. Maybe they can add that feature in the app in the future.

> 24 hourIve been wanting a label maker/printer for some time now. I wasnt sure if I wanted one with an app or not - the keyboard on this seems to work well, and i was able to print out some labels for things in my home that desperately needed them. The LCD screen is bright and easy to read and the print quality seems to be really nice.

> 24 hourBest label maker I’ve used by far. So easy to use. Easy to type and print. Easy to use the cutter. Bluetooth is easy to connect and use as is the app as well. It’s a great label maker that can do more than I would ever need.

> 24 hourThis is a nice label maker that I am very pleased with. I really like being able to input/format the label on my phone instead of needing to create it directly on the label maker. The bluetooth connection and the app work quite well. The buttons on the label maker are only labeled with symbols and no words, which makes it a lot more confusing and counterintuitive to learn how to use, but other that I have no complaints. I used this to label a shelf full of spices and oils in my cupboard and it worked very well. I look forward to labeling all the things!

> 24 hourThe manual is clear and its easy enough to change label size and font, etc. Using the device interface limits you a little with symbols. There are a very few symbols and they dont look great. The keyboard is functional, but the keys feel a little weird and pop when you press them. However, using the phone app is much better. There are a lot of symbols and its quite easy to create and print labels via bluetooth. The labels are split in the middle making them very easy to peel and stick. Be aware of off-brand labels, though- as you can see in the picture they print fine, but the center hole is much too small to fit the internal spindle. Its a great little device. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourIm quite pleased with this label maker. Im happy that it was ready to use right out of the box. The default settings are good enough to start making labels with no set up. I did go into the settings and change the measurement system to inches from mm though. It has plenty of text adjustments to print the full width of the 16mm tape down to a print size that you will need a magnifying glass for. The 14 point font size seems to work best for my use. All in all its an easy enough machine to figure out. It has extra features to set it up with an app on your phone if you wish. I didnt test that feature out, but its nice to know its there if I ever want to wireless print with it. It came preloaded and ready to go with the label tape. A USB-A to C charging cable. I had it on for about 30 minutes when I first got it and decided to charge it after I was done. It said it was still fully charged. So it appears to conserve power really great. 5 star item in my book.

> 24 hourI have one of the other MakeID printers, and it works flawlessly, this printer continues to lose connection with my phone, I tried my daughters phone, and had the same results. The labels are comparable to the other small portable printers sold. Just expected more from a mini full keyboard label printer.
