> 3 dayBest label maker I’ve used by far. So easy to use. Easy to type and print. Easy to use the cutter. Bluetooth is easy to connect and use as is the app as well. It’s a great label maker that can do more than I would ever need.

> 3 dayIm quite pleased with this label maker. Im happy that it was ready to use right out of the box. The default settings are good enough to start making labels with no set up. I did go into the settings and change the measurement system to inches from mm though. It has plenty of text adjustments to print the full width of the 16mm tape down to a print size that you will need a magnifying glass for. The 14 point font size seems to work best for my use. All in all its an easy enough machine to figure out. It has extra features to set it up with an app on your phone if you wish. I didnt test that feature out, but its nice to know its there if I ever want to wireless print with it. It came preloaded and ready to go with the label tape. A USB-A to C charging cable. I had it on for about 30 minutes when I first got it and decided to charge it after I was done. It said it was still fully charged. So it appears to conserve power really great. 5 star item in my book.

> 3 dayThe Makeid E1 Portable Label Maker is a great way to organize your life. Its easy to use, has a bright and easy-to-read screen, and works great for creating labels. Ive been using the Makeid E1 for only a short while now, but Im really impressed with it. Its so easy to use that even my kids can use it. The screen is large and bright, so its easy to see what youre doing, even in low light. And the printer works great. Ive used it to create labels for everything from my kids school supplies to my home office. Here are some of the pros and cons of the Makeid E1: Pros: Easy to use Bright and easy-to-read screen Prints high-quality labels Portable and lightweight Affordable Cons: The label tape can be a bit expensive The printer can be a bit slow Overall, Im really happy with the Makeid E1 Portable Label Maker. Its a great way to organize your life, and its a lot of fun to use. If youre looking for a label maker, I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayThe manual is clear and its easy enough to change label size and font, etc. Using the device interface limits you a little with symbols. There are a very few symbols and they dont look great. The keyboard is functional, but the keys feel a little weird and pop when you press them. However, using the phone app is much better. There are a lot of symbols and its quite easy to create and print labels via bluetooth. The labels are split in the middle making them very easy to peel and stick. Be aware of off-brand labels, though- as you can see in the picture they print fine, but the center hole is much too small to fit the internal spindle. Its a great little device. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayThis label maker has got a lot of catching up to do to equal the gold standard Brother P-Touch. Its not that its difficult to use, the print quality is just not optimal, and with the on screen display, its difficult to tell if you need or dont need character or word spacing, it all looks spread out. There are much better label makers out there folks. ... If I had to put a label on this one, it would read Dud

> 3 dayFirst, I want to say I REALLY like this label maker from MakeID and I recommend it. One of the first things you notice is that it has a really nice look to it: it is ‘clean’, to use an overused phrase. The LCD screen is big and bright and much better than my other “big name” label makers. The buttons have a nice feel to them and typing on it isn’t too bad. The label maker is a little complicated to use right out of the box; the instruction guide provided isn’t bad but is very simple and I wish it had a little more examples of what you get with what settings: but for the most part you can figure this out by just playing with it (by the way, the app is the way to go, see below). It prints nice looking, clean labels quickly. Some really nice features: 1) it is rechargeable using a USB to USB-C cable (provided) which means it is lightweight and you don’t have to constantly change batteries like others; 2) you can print and cut a single label right after printing without any waste of label tape, unlike others where there is always a long blank lead and a long blank tail when you print a single label (my big name labeler seemed to waste about an inch of label tape per label…); 3) loading the label tape is as simple as dropping a roll in the bottom of the machine, and the rolls have about 13 feet of tape; 4) it is small and lightweight enough to take with you anywhere you might need it: garage, office, gym…; and 5) this label maker has built in bluetooth and can be controlled by an app on your phone. The app takes this label maker from OK to great and really makes it shine. There are some cons associated with this device, one I already mentioned: until you print you really don’t know how your label in size will look; I wish it had examples somewhere of this set of settings will give this, etc. The second is the label tape: it comes in limited colors and all I can find so far is the 16 mm wide tape (I was not able to find the 9 mm and 12 mm tapes). Apart from these, once you get the hang of this labeler it is a great find.
