> 3 dayI bought this product because it is a pretty good deal, as deals with Malwarebytes go. However, when I went to install it, I had some time left on the previous license. But it ignored the time I still had remaining and started the new one immediately. In the past, it would add the 18 months of the new key onto the remaining time of the old key. Not this time. So I uninstalled my new key and put in the old key. Then on the day it expired, I installed the new one and discovered that my new subscription started on the date of purchase, not the date of install. So I contacted Malwarebytes and after several emails back and forth they finally gave me the full 18 months from date of installation. I wont bore you with the stupidity that went back and forth to get this corrected. Needless to say a royal PITA. I love the product, but the company is not very user friendly.

> 3 dayIve had Malwarebytes Premium for a couple of years and it works great. I purchased this license through Amazon because it is a better price than auto-renewal through Malwarebytes. I just got it today and entered the license key on the Malwarebytes I am already using. I have a couple of days on my old license that I think I lost. I was hoping it would use the old license and start the new one. Not 100% sure if that is happening. When this is up in 18 months I will buy again from Amazon if they still have good prices on it.

> 3 dayIt seems this item needs a better description since it didnt make sense to me. The problem was the image...it wasnt the standard MalwareBytes Premium packaging. So I had to ask a question and several replied in short order that cleared up the confusion for me. I did get the premium version of MalwareBytes for 2 computers for the price of 1 for half-again as long - 18 months instead of the usual 12 months and for 2 computers instead of 1 . You cannot beat that deal. Period.

Greater than one weekI’ve used the Malwarebytes for over ten years. I wouldn’t have bought this product if I knew I would get the license key on a piece of paper in a box. I’ve paid for the product and waited for a week because I expected to receive a physical CD.
