> 24 hourMalwarebytes is a good to great secondary protection against Malware and Spyware. To cover 10 devices @ $10 per devices is SUPER DEAL!

> 24 hourSuper easy to install with code provided. I hope that in the future they can do away with the extra cost to their company of boxing and shipping and send the activation code electronically and therefore also saving our natural resources.

> 24 hourTried to install Paid version of Malwarebytes on new PC. Didnt work. Went to their website and tried everything they recommended. Didnt work. Used their support tool to diagnose the problems and the computer setup and opened a support ticket. Attached all the support tool output files to the ticket. That was on December 20th, today is the 28th. No response yet. They really suck. If you buy this product, youd better hope you never need tech support.

> 24 hourI got a panicked phone call from my brother-in-law yesterday. In the background, I could hear an automated voice warning not to turn off the computer and call the number on the screen immediately. After calming them down, I had him reboot the computer and purchase a copy of MalWareBytes Premium to scan his Chrome browser. It deleted the virus and fixed his computer. He said he had an antivirus program installed but what he didnt realize is that programs such as Norton dont always fix your browsers such as Chrome, FireFox, or Edge. From the stories Ive heard, if you call the number then they will get your permission to log onto your computer. At that point, youre basically screwed as the person has complete control over your computer. Then you might as well get out your credit card and plan on eating dog food for a while. Never give someone you dont know access to your computer. He said that his wife had gotten an email from a fellow employee and that had apparently infected her laptop. The browser viruses will typically not allow you to use your browser until it is removed. While it seems redundant, you need both an antivirus program as well as MalWareBytes to completely protect your computer. Its a great product and I buy the 10-user version so I have it installed on all of our computers in addition to Norton AntiVirus.

> 24 hourI was very happy with Malwarebytes UNTIL it came time for renewal. I originally bought Premium ($99 a year). Now, my needs have changed. I dont need 4-5 computers option, I wanted to change to 2 computers (around $39). There is NO WAY to change my existing product. So, if I reorder directly, they will just charge me $99 and thats it. I sent in a support ticket. No help. They didnt have a clue what I was asking. Then I tried on-line support. It was a nightmare. There is NO human agent on the other end. Its all an automated answer tree. When it cant answer your question, it will create a support ticket. I told it I dont need it. I already have one (that was useless!) It just kept firing questions at me (with no place for me to interrupt it or clarify what I needed to know--all it had was drop-down menu items that were irrelevant. Finally, I just hung up. I will NEVER use this product again. Its really too bad, because you cant run a anti-virus/anti-malware business without setting up good customer support. In this case, it isnt even bad customer support, its NON-EXISTENT customer support. Zero.
