These skates fit as the size chart says. The straps and tightening is easy to do and stays snug. The skates are snug on the foot and ankle for good support. THe wheels are fun as they light up when moving. My daughter loves these and always wants to put on first thing.

My 8 year old is learning to skate, so these were perfect for him. He loves the fact that the wheels light up as well. I bought the youth large, he is in a size 5.5. So far we haven’t had any issues with them.

I bought these skates for my grandsons birthday, he loves that they light up. Very well made, used them at the skating rink and he was as cool as all the other kids.

My daughter went to a skating party for the first time and fell in love with it. She asked to go there more often. Due to the cost of rental, it was probably best to get one just for her. This skate works out perfectly for her. Purple is one of her favorite colors and she loves that the wheels lights up. The skate fit on her perfectly wit no issues of it being too narrow or too tight. We have already went multiple times back to the skate alley and this is working out well for her learning how to skate.

So far so good after 3 skating trips

This is the perfect pair of skates for your kids if they are just learning. The build is very solid and with the laces and buckles its very easy to get a sturdy hold on your ankles. The wheels do NOT turn fast so its perfect for the beginner. I imagine as my kids get better at skating the bearings in the wheels will have to get upgraded so if your child is good at skating this may work, since the skate it self is very solid but the wheels and bearings will have to be upgraded.

These roller skates are way better than anything I had back in the 80s...aesthetically and structurally. Theyre bright, and they light up nicely which is a big win for any child! The frame and wheels are solid and strong. The boots are armored and super tough like they should be. I recall the ones I had being made from flimsy floppy material with long laces that took forever to tie. These skates are easy to put on and have strong straps to keep them sturdy. The only minor issue I had was the laces became stuck on the velcro strap, but apart from that everything is of superior design. My daughter really enjoyed trying them out in the living room for the very first time. After a dozen or so laps of holding onto me and furniture, I was amazed at how quickly she took to them. It took about 20min for her balancing to improve. She seemed confident, and was learning to move effectively. They are very user friendly for children, and a great way for them to exercise their gross motor skills. I am so impressed with the quality of these, I would expect to pay double what they cost. Highly recommend!

I love these because they will grow with my kid. They go from size 4 to size 7. So as his feet get bigger Ill be saving money by just pushing a button and adjusting his skate size. I love that. And if youre like me, and youre working on a budget theyll work for more than one kid. So when one goes with her friends to skate she can use them. Then when my boy wants to go with his friend he can use them, and I dont have to pay skate rental! So these are a win-win for my family especially with them having different age and friend groups. Love them and highly recommend!
