The interior lining stitching in the medium sized compartment was poorly stitched and is separating (after one month of gentle use). The stitching on the rest of this backpack looks strong. I would give 5 stars if not for this issue. Well made and comfortable, and actually seems like a quality product (aside from this issue).

I ordered the large size for my son. When it arrived it looked small so I measured it. After all the larger backpack was $62 versus the smaller at $30. Measured seam to seam. Looked at the online size for both the large and small and my measurement fell between. So I measured a few more times. The depth could fall anywhere from seam to seam or stuffed full but none of my measurements aligned with the manufacturers. The height can only be from the lowest point to the highest point, not including the handle, right? Again no match. Called Amazon and they couldnt help except to offer the manufacturers phone number. I dont have time to go that frustrating route and my son liked it as is. But beware the squirly sizing!

When I had bought this backpack, I was looking for a refresh from the one I had for 6 years. Upon getting it, I realize it was quite small, It couldnt fit everything I needed it to fit. But lets get to the reason why I gave it a 1 star. One thing was the size, its not as big as i had thought it was, two was that the charging cord inside the backpack lasted for lest then 10 uses till it stopped working. Three is that, the bottom of bag tore up, like the stitches gave way and all I have inside my backpack are folders and other school items. Some goods of the backpack is that it is comfortable, its easy to adjust the straps too, and you know where your things where you left them. I recommend you dont buy this because my last one lasted for 6 years and I regret throwing it out, while this one lasted only 1 year or barely managed to. Fantastic.

Highly recommend this bag. Its great for traveling, has a few spots that I can hide my passport in and is very water resistant and spill proof.

This bag excited my daughter for study aboard in Europe this summer. Very Happy as shes moving around allot.

The quality of the backpack I will not like much, there are better ones, I also think that it is too small for a 17.3 inch for alienware m17 r4. I bought it at a high price.
