Greater than one weekThe pieces all fit together well with good quality of materials. I paired the frames with Mann Lake FN820 100-Pack Waxed Rite-Cell Foundation, 5-5/8-Inch,and they fit well. I set up a simple jig on a piece of plywood to keep the pieces square as I assembled the frames. I was able to assemble all 100 frames in 3 hours +/-
