Manual Edge Banding Trimmer for Woodworking, Veneer Edge Cutter Tool for Wood Edge Banding

This Manual cutter was a waste of money. I tried it and it didnt cut. I ended up using a utility knife.

It is serviceable, but not great. The product needs additional “ heft” to make it easier to handle and use. The contact surfaces should be coated with felt or equivalent to avoid scratching the wood surface

I thought the design would make it easier and more stable to use than other trimmers but it was just too flimsy to work well. The handle and screws holding the blade down had too much play to make straight cuts. The blade also did not seem very sharp either. You would have to saw at the banding to get started then it would dig in or deflect as you pushed it along. I tried a more traditional trimmer without much better results. I ended up just sanding down the banding.

Cute but really meaning better than a matte knife. Actually I felt like I had more control with a matte knife ,.. additionally it only works in one direction.

Wow, this tool is everything it is said to be! Made it so easy to Cut off the melamine! I highly encourage everyone to buy it! I only wish that extra blades came with it!

This is a pretty impressive tool for the money. It works quite well and seems like it will last for several projects.
