Greater than one weekThis bag could have been perfect. It has fantastic build quality, a lot of pockets for everything you need, great protection, and is waterproof. The only negative I could find was the USB charging (which is very important to me). The USB charging port on this bag is ancient tech. Its using a USB 2.0 charging port and a micro USB. No modern device purchased in the last few years uses USB 2.0 or micro USB, USB 3.0 and USB C are standard now. Almost all modern devices have switched to USB C (such as macbooks, iPads, Samsung Galaxy phones/tablets, etc.). The reason for this is because batteries have increased in capacity and fast charging is a thing now. And because the outer port for this is USB 2.0, even if you have an external battery that is USB C (fast charge compatible), it will only charge at USB 2.0 speeds because it is limited by the 2.0 outlet. This means you cant actually use the built-in charger with your USB C external battery unless you want to charge over 10x slower. Using USB 3.0 and USB C allows the device to access fast charging. A modern smartphone will take about 1-2 hours to fast charge using USB C or USB 3.0, dependant on the battery size. A modern smartphone charging on USB 2.0 will likely take up to half a day. Some devices like iPad Pros wont even charge at all on USB 2.0 (most laptops wont either). There is absolutely zero reason (other than trying to cut costs) to use a USB 2.0 and micro USB instead of a USB 3.0 and USB C as the charging ports. This is a brand new bag that just came out, if it was the year 2015, then Id give it a pass, but in 2021? Its unacceptable. The good thing is the bag is well-made. The outer shell is hard but flexible. It provides good protection and will lay flat. There are a lot of pockets inside to store various items. It can easily hold my 12.9 iPad Pro in the laptop section of the pouch. It can fit in the other tablet pocket (right in front of the laptop pouch), but It is a bit overloaded in that pocket, but the bag will still close if you need both pouches. It even has a small pouch where the back strap is and also another big pocket on the back of the bag. Basically, you wont run out of pockets or space using this bag. And because it lays flat so it seems more compact. The bag itself is really well designed aside from the charging port. You should honestly not buy this bag if you want to use the charging port. It will frustrate you with how slow things charge if it charges at all. Its better to just use a USB C portable battery and charge from there directly.

> 3 dayA coworker had one similar & I was smitten. There a couple of style differences but this one is sleek. My laptop fits in perfect. So many compartments. Charger in the side. Even zippers in the straps. It’s ideal for espionage. LOL. I gave up my big purse (for now)

> 3 dayI saw a couple of reviews of the bag tearing in some places and thought it might have been bad luck. I went into the bag to get my laptop out and when I grabbed it the gray inner lining tore from the bottom. I didnt even pulled it hard. I cannot return this or exchange it because they have a strict small window for claims. So... its going to the trash. I just hope no one else loses their money. Or if you decide to go at it make sure you check everything is in good condition. Although I checked mine and it looked well all around. So sad...I really liked the look of it.

> 3 dayIm the kind of person who loves backpacks, and I think this particular one is nearly perfect as a slim backpack. Its slick, stylish, and lightweight, and I think it has almost all of the right things. Its got numerous pockets - a hidden pocket in the back cushion for valuables, a strap pocket for bus or subway cards, a bigger pocket with mesh lining on the inner backpack, and a couple of smaller ones in the outer portion of the backpack. My 15.6 laptop fits comfortably into the cushioned laptop pocket. Theres also a working USB outlet for phone chargers (charger not included). The ergonomic straps and cushioned backing are also a big plus - they make this backpack comfortable to wear. A luggage strap is also included. If there were three things I were picky about, it might have been these: First, there is no water bottle holder. Im sure the addition of one might have ruined the nice, minimalist look of the backpack. However, maybe even adding a water bottle pouch on the inside would have been great. Second, a keyring holder might have been nice, though they could probably fit easily on any one of the easy-reach zippered pockets. So, this may not be the biggest deal. Third, I think the padded tablet pocket could be bigger. It only goes halfway down the backpack, and my 13.3 tablet does not fit in it. It *barely* fits (almost awkwardly) a Surface Pro. It would probably be most perfect for something like a Kindle. Overall, I think the above three things dont really diminish my opinion of this backpack. I think it is well made, and just generally looks great. Its great for a person who wants to take along a few necessary items, but doesnt want to carry them in something big and bulky.
