These pencils I think are pretty good quality for a hobbyist or serious student. Not sure if they really are professional grade. The round pencils roll easily so hold them in your hand while you use them. If you are looking for a true black lead, go for ink or charcoal. Have fun drawing!

Markart Is a new brand to the art market. The pencil set they offer is very similar to the drawing pencil set offered by Arteza. The quality I would say is even better. The leads are sturdy, they lay down wonderfully, and they are just perfect for sketching and drawing. I have been slowly trying each brand as I can and I was very impressed by these pencils! For $10.99 you really do get a great quality set of pencils for both beginners, hobbyist, and beyond.

Product comes neatly packaged, already sharpened. Easy to distinguish which pencil is which. Opens at both ends which is great! Pencils are easy to sharpen! Will totally be purchasing more when I need them!

These pencils are not graphite, they’re charcoal. It says so right on each pencil as my photo clearly shows. Why are these being advertised as graphite pencils? It just goes to show how bogus Amazon is. 172 reviews averaging five stars, but it’s not even the product listed!
