MasterPieces 300 Piece EZ Grip Jigsaw Puzzle - Dog is Love - 18x24

Bought for a 9 year olds birthday. She loved it. Put it together in a day!

I love the artwork on this puzzle and I was even planning on framing it, but when I opened the box the bag inside was ripped and I found out after finishing it that 2 pieces are missing! There were also two duplicate pieces. I am very disappointed by this. I would be happy to change my review if I was sent a replacement puzzle with ALL the pieces.

Great puzzle! My sons and I have been working on this together. It only took us a couple days. But it was a great way to get them off technology and spend some creative time together.

Yep right out of the box, brand new, we kept bag and box and at the end - one piece was missing. This was very disappointing to my grandchildren. It was a Christmas gift and now is a puzzle with one piece missing......sad! Hoping this company has a missing piece policy as I see others have had missing piece puzzles also.

Loved the puzzle EXCEPT it was missing 1 piece. We opened the box and bag on Sunday on the kitchen table and finished it Tuesday morning in the same location and come to find out there was one piece missing. It is really a shame because my daughter wanted to glue it together and hang it on her bedroom wall.
