Masterson Handy Palette acrylic paper, White 30 Pack

The wet palette is awesome. Keeps acrylics wet up to a week or more. I used 1 sheet for 4 weeks just had to add water to sponge underneath.

I live in the desert. These are a acrylic paint lifesaver.

I paint a lot of miniatures. Anything from 28mm scale to 75mm and above. Also busts. I tried the Masterson wet palette with the original reusable (washable) paper. I was pleased with it. Then I kept seeing how quite a few people liked the palette but not the paper so, they would change it with baking paper. In the USA that is parchment paper. I tried it for a pretty good while. I went back to the Mastersons original reusable paper. Follow the instructions on how to set the paper up. I am referring to the soaking the paper in very hot water for about 5 minutes.

Just just parchment paper and cut it yourself. That stays moist and is great for wet blending. This stuff is just paper and dries out even on a wet palette. Do not recommend.

This is great to keep your paints wet on the tray while you paint.

If you take good care of these sheets even one can last you for an incredibly long time, getting a pack of 30 should last most painters for a very long amount as if desired these can be used then washed off and reused multiple times. With the cheap price and large quantity; however, there isnt much reason to be so efficient about these. Painting with a wet palette definitely helps, I recommend this to all the painters I know.

I do acrylic prophetic paintings during worship at various venues. Sometimes the paintings are done over the course of several weeks. This product keeps paints from drying out between sessions, so allows me to continue using a mixed color without having to remix. Also, keeps paints moist during outdoor events with the wind lightly blowing. (I do have a spray bottle of water to mist the pallet right before I put the cover back on, if its been especially breezy, or if I wont be back to it until the following Sunday.) Its important to remember to spray the tray with the recommended 3% peroxide to prevent mold. I bought a second set to keep one at my church, and am on my first pallet paper reorder.
