> 3 dayI adopted a German shepherd stray with fear aggression. Walking her is challenging because she barks at some cars, most people, and all other dogs. Ive always used two handle leashes, but I thought Id try one with three. The medium handle is good for walking when theres no one around. The super short handle is great when shes freaking out; I can pull her right next to me, which makes her about 10% calmer. If your dog is short, the lowest handle might be a little too low, but for my tall shepherd, its great.

Greater than one weekWe just got a new (rescue) hound, and boy can she pull. This leash is excellent for all our walking needs, when she suddenly sniffs another dog or a rabbit and starts lunging. Were only 24 hours into being her forever home, but boy this leash has already been useful. When i took her into work today (Im a Vet), we had to navigate around a few other waiting pets, this leash was perfect for a close grip when necessary and a longer lead when appropriate. Plus, the padding on the handles is perfect.

Both work great, are attractive, durable, and have reflective stitching that is so important for nighttime walks. I recently purchased the three-handle (matching) leash and love it even more. I have a highly reactive dog (working on it, I swear) and the three-handle is long enough for me to give him some freedom or reel him in when necessary. The best part is that another rescue dog gets a freebie. Just wonderful!

> 3 dayI bought the Max & Neo Triple Handle Traffic Dog leash for my miniature poodles who pull & go crazy when they see another dog. Keeping them on the shortest handle really helps and is much easier than holding a regular leash midway between the handle and the dog. Newcomers to Max & Neo may not be aware (I wasnt) that the company donates a leash to a shelter for every leash they sell - so in addition to getting a great leash you are helping rescue dogs in need.

> 3 dayVery sturdy and the extra handles are very handy. For a smaller dog, I wouldn’t recommend since the latch at the collar is pretty heavy. Very good quality and value.

Max and Neo Dog Gear is named after my dog Neo and my brother"s dog Max. Both dogs lived happy lives in Arizona. When Neo passed away, I began fostering rescue dogs. It became apparent to me that running dog rescues required alot of resources in both time and money. Max and Neo Dog Gear was started to help dog rescues with their never ending need for dog supplies.
We are proud to be able to offer this program which will provide a constant supply of dog leashes to dog rescues. While a simple leash may not seem like much, each donated leash allows dog rescues to reserve its funds for other much needed services such as medical bills, spaying, neutering, and dog food.
