> 24 hourThis backpack is comfortable, seems like it is built very well, and I like the looks of it. The interior is a little small for normal sized folders and textbooks. A 3 ring binder would not sit flat i the bottom and must be wedged in the bag at an angle. Not the best bag for students.

> 24 hourAll the quality and versatility of Maxpedition, but more versatile due to its non-tactical design. If you want the versatility and functionality of Maxpedition, but without the attention-drawing MOLLE straps., this is the gear line for you.

> 24 hourTypical Maxpedition quality. We bought this bag for our middle son headed to Purdue this fall. I wanted him to have all of the excellent quality of Maxpedition but in an urban friendly look. All of the pockets, zipper, and materials are top notch. Functionality is phenomenal and comfort is great even loaded down with a simulation of a full bag of books.

> 24 hourI am not an “operator” and will never conceal carry. The riskiest environment the bag will be in will be sharp elbows trying to get an overhead bin on a Delta flight. I am a traveling consultant...4 wheel carryon spinner and laptop bag. I have had the bag for 2 weeks, 5 cities, and 6 flights. The main compartment holds everything I need including headphones, chargers, and every dongle and connection you can think of plus a few bags of chips and a lightweight coat. The laptop sleeve is padded and holds 1 laptop and 2 ipads and 1 notebook with no problem. The side pockets are huge for water and glasses case. The suitcase handle passthrough works like a charm. Even the conceal carry section now securely holds folders and a newspaper. Shoulder straps are very comfortable and since I am not going down range on a mission I can take off the waist straps. The quick release shoulder straps to grab your weapon is actually a great feature to take off the backpack in an airplane aisle without hitting a fellow passenger in the head. I have a few Maxpedition products including the Falcon II for hiking. Everything is high quality and will last forever.

> 24 hourI like this backpack a lot and its not as obvious as some of the other backpacks with molle all over it. The compartments are roomy and the zippers and pulls are very well made. The computer compartment has plenty of room for a 15 laptop and tablet. The main compartment has two zippered pouches and side pockets. It also has two outside side compartments for charging cables, pens and other accessories. There are also two back-side zippered pockets for conceal carry. I have traveled with this bag all over the world in about a year and it has held up very well.

> 24 hourThe bag is almost exactly what I was looking for. Hard use, non military looking bag. I have numerous maxpedition bags and they are all 10/10 quality. They just typically look tacticool. I only buy more because I have unique needs for different bags. This will be my daily carry. The set up is a little weird. Unlike a standard backpack, the main compartment is closer to the front than the sides and the opening isn’t very wide, but it does almost down to the very bottom of the bad. I think it will be fine, just have to get used to it. It doesn’t feel like the same material as my other maxpedition bags, but it may just be that the weave is considerably tighter. Maxpedition is definitely a buy-it-for-life company, so I’m hoping technology used in this bag is just better so the material doesn’t have to be as thick. The bag itself is very comfortable to wear. It could easily hold 2-3 days worth of cloths, food, and a couple things to do. Or a clip board, several books, lunch, and a all your other normal EDC stuff. It seems well made, but only time will tell. My falcon 2 maxpedition bag has been with me to 8 countries and probably twice that many states, on top of being carried every day at work and it shows little to no signs of wear. I’ll update this at some point when it goes through some more stress.

> 24 hourZipper is rough, I prefer YKK zippers but its not going to break anytime soon. The waterbottle pouches are a bit tight for a Nalgene but if you dont pack the bag to its gills theyre fine. Laptop pocket is extremely padded on the sides but could have better padding on the bottom. Overall build quality is fantastic, very tough bag with great grab handles.

> 24 hourI really wanted to like this pack. I researched it, but once I got my hands on it, I found too many short comings. First, the water bottle pockets have no stretch to them. This means that the bottle prevents you from using the pocket underneath. Second, the CCW pocket was great, but shouldn’t a CCW pack have a dedicated pocket for a Level IIIa plate? I knew this going in and thought I could jury rig something, but for $165 it should have a dedicated pocket. The other issues i had were minor and I might have over looked them had it not been for these first two. This pack has lots of good features: generous laptop sleeve and quality materials. the modularity of the add-on hook&loop pockets is nice… but at $20 each they add to the overall cost. By the time I had set up the pack I was into it for the same as a Gamut 2.0… so that is what I traded in for. Much happier too. Sorry Maxpedition…. but I did try your pack first.

> 24 hourNot big enough to fit clothes for a week long vacation. Good enough as a range backpack or as 1 or 2 day getaway. Its definitely smaller than youd think
