> 3 dayUpon receiving the product I was vary disappointed to find that the end user cannot install it. Upon attempt to install the software you are referred to a site for paid help to install. I as many of you do not and will not pay a service to some tech company to install a simple antivirus program. My opinion of purchasing this software is buyer beware. If you are not able to install without a fee to do so you dont need it and Im sure it can be found and purchased somewhere in a format such as a disk that will allow you to do so, and have the peace of mind that if you need to reinstall you have the means (disk) to do so.

Greater than one weekThis is a superior product over the McAfee original Total Protection I had been using for the last few years. I like that it populates the sceen each time I turn on the computer.I feel like Im being protected. We have 4 computers in the house and they are all covered. We could add the Tablets and Phones but have not done so.

> 3 dayDecided to try McAfee LiveSafe; the ability to install it on unlimited devices was enticing. However, when I tried to install it on my first computer, I got a message that there were threats that prevented installation; contact the help desk. I engaged in a lengthy chat with a tech rep, who found some suspicious files, two in particular. He told me to contact McAfees virus removal department to get rid of them. I asked if this would be free, and he indicated that there would be an $85 charge. Instead, I downloaded a free antivirus program, which found the suspicious files and quarantined them, which is what every other antivirus program Id ever had would have done. I will never again buy any McAfee product, because to me, this smacks of a rip-off. If I could have given no stars, or negative stars, I would have done so.
