Greater than one weekThis has really helped me to know if I took my medication! I just set this up for the week and if I cant remember if I took my meds, I just open this baby up and take a look! It comes with labels, you can see how I used them for my purposes. This probably would not be big enough for someone that takes ALOT of pills each day, but I can get 4-6 pills in each little cubby in the bottom. Up top the cubbies are larger, so I used those for ibuprofen and allergy pills as I take those only as needed. I am really happy with this!

Greater than one weekSmall size for supplements, perfect for travel; even comes with little stickers for labels. Only con; very hard to open. Maybe it will loosen with use but I had to get a knife to open them to start

Greater than one weekSuch great pill organizers. Brought this on my 2 month trip to SE Asia, organized all the pills I thought I might need perfectly. If you get close to overfilling them the little containers won’t close, but I found they still held plenty of everything I needed for two months.

> 3 dayI’ve had these for about a year and I’ve used them on multiple trips. They are excellent for travel. The inside does come out so be careful with overloading. Was excellent for my family of 6, we used one for kid medicine and one for adults.

Greater than one weekBought these for a trip to Jamaica. With both me and my husband taking prescriptions as well as supplements, we needed something that wasn’t as large as the double pill boxes. These fit the bill. There are only two large compartments in each, so you may need two depending on the size of what you take and how many days worth you need to bring. I was able to fit 10 days worth of prenatal vitamins in one of the large size compartments. The smaller ones can hold a decent amount of tablets but you will run out of space quickly if you need to bring a bunch of capsules. For the price and getting three containers I definitely think it’s worth it. I could easily fit the two containers with all my medications in my carry on

> 3 dayI like this little pill holder because I am a weekend traveler. I dont take any medically prescribed pills but I self-prescribe vitamins so they fit in this little case. I also bring along some melatonin, Tums, and Tylenol, just in case. I really like that it comes with white labels that you can write what is in each mini compartment. The labels were too big so I cut them small. It comes in a pack of three different pastel colors but I only needed one and every one I tried to give away the others to say that take quite a bit more meds than it would hold. What I dont like is that if I overfill the cover of the compartments will come loose. So this Pill Case isnt good for a lot of supplements or pills. When I fill it for travel, I have to be careful that it isnt too full. For me it is perfect and can go in my backpack, purse or carry-on. I dont think you can go wrong.

> 3 dayOverall really enjoyed the product. I love how durable the outer shell is. The hinges and clasps seem to hold up very well. If you do not have long nails (or any nails at all) it is a bit difficult to open the individual compartments.

> 3 dayMy husband loves this pill box. It has 8 compartments for diff size pills. I made labels (on smallest font) w a p-touch labeler for ea compartment. It is compact enough with a sturdy closure for the whole thing, but still easy enough to open and close securely. It opens into 2 halves, like a book. Each compartment then has an easy open and close tab so pills do not fall out from each other. Great purchase if you take prescription meds as well as we put ibuprofen, etc as well - and all are kept separate and safe. Its for someone who knows what to take when, and not suited for those who need their pills aggregated for them per day / evening (like those Sunday thru Saturday rectangular, longer / bulkier versions. Great purchase for us!
