Wow! After hearing great feedback from my co-workers about Mediabridge products month after month, the opportunity presented itself for me to purchase this 35ft Subwoofer cable for my new livingroom configuration that required a longer cable than my previous Monster subwoofer cable which was only 25ft long. At the cheap prices Amazon was selling this cable for, I purchased one and waited anxiously for it to arrive. up until that point I kept arguing with my co-workers that Monster is the very best as the rest of my house it outfitted with Monster everything and there was no way this cable that costs 50% less is just as good as they suggested. Well, after hooking this cable up, I will say that I am done buying Monster cables. I have a 5.1 surround Onkyo receiver with Infinity speakers. I didnt do a back to back comparison of the sound quality between the Mediabridge and Monster, but after listening to the Mediabridge alone it was enough to make me realize that I have been shelling out too much money for my electronic/audio cables. I was watching Transformers and my Wife cursed me out as soon as she walked through the door because the walls were rumbling and shaking! Monster cables may have something about them that make them superior to other cable companies but I dont know what it is. I have swallowed my pride and went back to work with my tail tucked between my legs and have given my co-workers praise for informing me about Mediabridge as their cables will start saving me money and give me the quality results that I expect. Even if you dont buy the cables from Amazon, Mediabridges website sells them cheaper than Monster still but Amazon is awesome for their products!

had interference and when i went to replace the cable the pin broke off inside my subwoofer port.

This was the perfect size. This works great with a Denon AVR-2808CI reciever. Initially, had the subwoofer hooked up with a 6 foot cable. This gave me a good point of reference. Sound was great with the six foot cable. Then I moved the subwoofer to the desired location. I used a both 35 foot 16 gauge cable and then I used a 35 coax cable fitted with an RCA adapter. Bass was considerably lacking. This was frustrating given the time. I ordered the Mediabridge Utra Series pro grad sub woofer 35 foot cable. Installation was a breeze. But more importantly, I gained the bass that I had when compared to the 6 foot cable. Love this product.

For the cost and length of this cable it was a great deal and seems to be working great no humming noise!!!
