Im using this with a Yamaha RX-V471 receiver and a Pioneer SW-8 subwoofer. Construction is sturdy yet flexible. Im confident it will last a long time and will not come loose from the RCA jack. Sound quality is good and I dont notice any interference or noise from outside sources.

This is my third Mediabridge Ultra cable for as many subwoofers (its starting to become a problem.) They are excellent cables at a fair price that couldnt perform any better, as far as I can tell. Even with the longest one (20) lurking around a receiver and half a dozen PC-related components, I get no discernible interference/hum. Very thick! In fact, it bears mentioning that the heavy duty shielding comes at the cost of a svelte cable, so for best results, buy only the length you need.

This Mediabridge Ultra Series subwoofer cable works very well, seems to be well made and is the perfect length for my system.

Absolutely cleaned up my low frequencies and tighten things up in the bass department. Cant go wrong with these. I bought 2 to exit them from my pre amp into the sub. Recommended!

I just recently set up my old receiver in another room of my house and connected a subwoofer using an old RCA cable I had lying around. If that cable was bumped or moved at all, the speaker would start a horrible buzzing sound which required fiddling with the cable in order to get the noise to stop. This Mediabridge ULTRA Series Subwoofer Cable put a stop to that annoyance. I now have a secure, trouble-free connection.

So much better than the crappy cable that came with my subwoofer.
