I have used five Medify purifiers in office and home; they work great, keeping the air cleaned of material you cannot see until youve used the filter for several months; you can vacuum the filters clean and reuse, but I only do this once in order to stretch the use of the filter for particulate matter. If illness is an issue in the house, change filters every 6 months at a minimum. Have run these purifiers 24x7 for two years and they still operate.

I purchased the machine for $160 and cannot even buy filters as they are on back order - The MA-25 filters must be made in China and lord knows when they will be available again? At $49 a pop- I would avoid this machine - my filter lasted two months before they were toast.

I have had my Medify Air MA-25 for over a year and tried the cheaper filters after the first 6 months...never again! They did not clean the air as well and I noticed odors that the better filers take out of the air. I will be getting the real deal from now on!

I’ve been so thankful for this little filter since 2020. I lived in an area where people burn wood for heat and there have been 2 really cold winters, in which air quality plummets and my asthma becomes unmanageable. I also have a few allergies and noticed a reduction in skin issues. That being said- in my last shipment this week the air filters had all the black carbon falling out of them and making a mess. I did still install it (although I should have sent them back) hoping it doesn’t break the machine by sucking in the small particles to important parts…. Not sure what to do as this hasn’t happened over the past few years.

These filters are a bit noisy, and when in the mid-setting became louder. But it is what is needed for the unit

Unfortunately, I fell for the Frequently Bought Together package deal. I received the correct filers for my model, along with a pack of filters for the MA-25. Problem is, I dont own the MA-25 model. We spent a while trying to figure out how to fit the square peg filter into the round hole air purifier before realizing we had been took. Very deceptive advertising in order to get a few extra bucks from consumers who make the mistake of assuming that the Frequently Bought Together package would actually be relevant to the item they are purchasing. Not kosher, guys, not at all.
