Although they do work for carnival luggage tags and are what I needed. 2 came with the zipper part ripped so I can’t use them. The clasp that you turn to lock them on your suitcase, continued to turn on 4 of them and won’t securely lock.

The zip locks are a little difficult to open initially, be help keep the holders waterproof and your tags dry. The inside dimensions of the holder (therefore the maximum size of your printed tags doubled over) are 3.5x5.5.
