This wheel is the perfect colors for bruises and nasty-looking sores! I bought it to make up some wait staff as zombies for a restaurant zombie themed Halloween night. The colors I used the most were black, yellow and green. I used it on 5 wait staff and made myself up twice with it and still had plenty left over! It doesnt take much. Make up stayed on all night, even in hot kitchen, and washed off easily with soap and warm water.

Maybe I am spoiled by my normal products but this stuff just seamed to tint your skin a vague color instead of actually giving pigment. I dont mean I expected it to be blood read like cream makeup on my skin, but I expected it to work better than this. Its just like...faded colors and greasy. Ive gotten better bruises with an eye shadow palette than this.

Love this color wheel for bruising Ben Nye and Mehron are the only products I really use for any theater or cosplay work. Love it!

Saw someone recommend this palette in a YouTube video and decided to order it and try. I have never done makeup before but this was so easy to use, covers really great and had the perfect colors to make a creepy makeup with! Can’t wait for next Halloween!

definitely worth the money. i originally bought some cheaper paint and that was a mistake and a waste. this bruise wheel is so pigmented but blends out like a dream. honesty was so easy to use and i am no5 experiences when it comes to bruising or sfx makeup

This wheel was so awesome! Do yourself a favor and spend the money on mehron for your sfx makeup needs. I watched a tutorial on how to achieve this look and it used this wheel. This makeup blended so well and created the perfect zombie look. The yellow and green undertones are spot on for bruised it dead looking skin. The black and red combined gave the perfect black eye.

I’ve used Mehron products for halloween makeup before, and I really do like this brand. I used this bruise kit for a halloween costume this year, and I love it!! I had prosthetic cut-off horns on my forehead and wanted it to look more real like they were actually protruding from my head. The colors blend so easily onto natural skin and liquid latex! I used a porous sponge that I tore up and just lightly stippled various colors around the horns. I started with yellow, then added a little tiny bit of green, then used the red and brown color mixed together and topped it off with a little stage blood. It lasted all night!!

The colors were great for the bruise affect but the makeup itself seemed cheap only bc it kept flaking, therefore could easily look “fake”.
