Im not sure if the one I purchased was just defective because I also purchased a gold one from the same company but midway through the trip the handle descended half way and never came back up making it hard for my daughter to keep up through the many airports

Great price and really good quality.

The expander zipper broke while in the airlines possession. The manufacturer wants you to send a $40 processing fee to even look at it.

Super lightweight, not a hard suitcase, Id say semi hard. Definitely durable!

Purchased for my 9 year old daughter. Great size for overnight or weekend packing trip. Lightweight and maneuvers well. Great purchase and great quality.

I didnt have time to thoroughly inspect the suitcase when it arrived. It looked okay.

This suitcase barely lasted 3 months. Granted I fly weekly, but come on. The space inside is nice and I like most everything about except it’s durability. The telescoping handle dented quickly and feels like it is about to snap off. If I have heavier things in the case or if my bag is too heavy when I set it on top of it, the case will actually collapse in on the wheels. Makes is a pain when you are just walking along and the case just gives out on you. I would not recommend.

We recently took this to Seattle & then on a cruise to Alaska. It navigated the airport beautifully. We had to walk forever to get to our gate over various types of flooring & on numerous escalators. This luggage was a champ & the wheels did not show any wear. I have had other suitcase wheels break after that type of trip. The hard body held up well when checked to be put on the cruise ship, which means tossed in a huge piles and slung around. I was worried about he enterior zipper holding up, but it handled books, jackets, and shoes bouncing around without any damage. Im pleasantly surprised that this luggage did as well as it did! I picked it up before our trip on a Prime Day deal and am very happy to recommend it! I LOVE the bright turquoise color! We are frequent travelers and expect this luggage will last a long time!
